Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and at the end of your current billing cycle for downgrades. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your data and scan history remain intact for 30 days if you cancel, should you decide to come back.
Yes. We offer a 20% discount on all annual plans (billed yearly). Additionally, we provide special pricing for registered non‑profit organizations and educational institutions—please contact our sales team to learn more about our social impact program. We believe accessibility should be available to everyone, regardless of budget.
We’ll send you a friendly notification when you approach your limit. You can either add extra capacity via our flexible add‑ons (Extra Websites for +$20/mo or Extra 1,000 Pages for +$30/mo) or upgrade to the next tier seamlessly—keeping your scans running without interruption. We never block your scans or hold your reports hostage.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and direct bank transfers (ACH / wire) for Enterprise plans. For annual Enterprise contracts, we also offer flexible invoicing with net‑30 payment terms to simplify your procurement process.
